By using MapPush at mappush.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
MapPush helps you upload photos, generate post captions with AI, schedule Google Business Profile posts, and publish them via the official Google Business Profile API. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is scheduled or published.
Account requirements
- You must have a valid Google account with access to a Google Business Profile.
- You must be authorized to post on behalf of the business locations you connect.
- You must provide accurate business information used for post generation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or prohibited content on Google Business Profile
- Violate Google's Business Profile policies or API terms
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Use MapPush for spam or duplicate content at scale
AI-generated content
MapPush generates suggested captions using AI. You review and approve posts before publishing. You are solely responsible for published content and any claims made in your posts.
Payments and refunds
- One-time batch and subscription fees are billed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact hello@mappush.com within 14 days of purchase.
Availability
We aim for high publish success rates but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Google API outages, rate limits, or expired OAuth tokens may delay or fail posts. We log failures and notify you when possible.
Limitation of liability
MapPush is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, ranking changes, Google account issues, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using MapPush at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, scheduled posts may not publish.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
